Description
A societal shutdown amidst the COVID-19 pandemic was shocking to me in March 2020. But a forced slow-down also gave me time for reflection about what counted as "normal." In media and politics, many were suggesting we should get back to normal right away -- as if life would then be good for everyone. This song is my reflection about how a return to normal would not actually make for a safe and sustainable world, followed by an invitation to build something better.
