"If you weren’t able to join us live on Veterans Day for the Annual Biddeford-Saco Veterans Day Ceremony, we hope you can find a few moments of your day to view the video created in honor of our Veterans.
The video was produced by the City of Saco in partnership with Heart of Biddeford. While we couldn’t gather together for a parade this year, we hope to foster a sense of togetherness as we honored and celebrated veterans.
This recording of our virtual, live-stream ceremony features a flag raising, student musical performances, remarks from both Biddeford and Saco mayors, and more.
Featured speaker Kimberly LaPointe is a veteran who lives and works in Biddeford. She has had family in every armed conflict since the Revolutionary War, and will reflect on her family’s history of sacrifice through the generations.
